A mark of origin
As one of the leading countries in the world in terms of tanning production, Italy codified through UNI (Italian Standardization Body) the norm UNI EN 16484 outlining the necessary criteria which designate processed leather of Italian origin. To benefit and protect its customers, INCAS was one of the promoters of the pressing concept of “100% ITALIAN LEATHER”, which values Italian manufacturing starting from rawhides.
INCAS was among the first companies in Italy to obtain the “PELLE ITALIANA” certification and the first to receive the “PELLE ITALIANA 100%” certificate, both issued by I.CE.C. (Accredia Accredited Institution).
Production Traceability
We guarantee the identification of all the lots at each stage of the producing process, from the arrival of raw materials to the shipment of the final product. The system used to identify the lots and the computer system used to manage the production guarantees traceability starting from the dyeing lots. All the lots shipped to customers are identified by a univocal code allowing the tracking of individual deliveries. INCAS offers its customers the possibility to define specific Quality Plans to ensure product traceability.

Our finishing department is equipped with the most advanced machinery that allows us to produce a wide range of industrialized articles, highly appreciated in the world of luxury.

– Spray guns with high-transfer efficiency to reduce excessive coating and thus polluting impact, maintenance, and downtime

– 20 milling drums with humidity and temperature control system
Wet Department
Wet Department
Incas has total control over the management of its Riviera, Tanning, and Dyeing stages. Our wet Department is entirely computerized, and that enables us to program and control in detail the undergoing process of each drum.
Our equipment includes:
– Fully computer-controlled HUNI microtan automation
– PPH drums
– Process control by Mettler-Toledo instrumentation (pH and internal temperature).
